Surah Al-Māʻūn

In The Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? (Quran 107:1)

That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), (Quran 107:2)

And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), (Quran 107:3)

So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), (Quran 107:4)

Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, (Quran 107:5)

Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men), (Quran 107:6)

And refuse Al-Ma’un (small kindnesses e.g. salt, sugar, water, etc.). (Quran 107:7)
