Books and Printed Materials

Because Soltlane sells books and printed materials, returns are accepted only in limited situations. Returned items, where approved, must generally be unused, complete, and in resalable condition unless the issue was caused by damage or incorrect shipment.

Returned products should generally remain unused and undamaged.

Original Packaging

Packaging, invoice, and order details may be required for review.

Publisher Variations

What Is Not Usually a Defect

Minor publisher-related differences are not usually treated as product defects. Islamic books may vary by edition, print batch, cover design, binding, paper quality, or publisher updates.

International Orders

Customs, Import Duties and Refused Delivery

Import duties, customs fees, taxes, postal handling fees, courier clearance charges, or local delivery charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not collected by Soltlane and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If charged, customs or import fees must be paid directly to the local post office, courier, or customs department.
  • Orders refused due to customs charges may not qualify for a full refund.
